About Me

My practice works with all adults and adolescents, and specializes in young adult and middle aged women. I take a holistic, faith-based approach to managing stress, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship problems, life adjustment issues and grief.

Office Hours

Monday: 9am - 1pm, 3pm-7pm
Tuesday: 9am - 1pm
Wednesday: 9am - 1pm, 3pm-7pm

Sessions available both in-person & virtually

Late appointments available upon request.
